Fire is an OP tomato with a bright fruity flavor. Indeterminate and productive vines, with ripe tomatoes appearing approximately 80 days after transplant. Fire looks like a paste tomato, however the flavor and texture is more similar to that of beefsteak tomatoes -- similar to more well-known variety Speckled Roman.
Fire is an Artisan Seeds Legacy tomato. It is one of the first ones we developed, and it is a parent of Blush. It is a great tomato for making beautiful marbled slices, and works well for caprese salads and as a pizza topping.
