Aji Amarillo Grande is central to Peruvian cuisine and is prized by chefs. In North America, however, supplies of fresh Aji Amarillo Grande are quite limited and most chefs have to make due with imported pastes or powders. - Unless they are lucky enough to have their own pepper plant growing in their private restaurant garden.

We are releasing this exceptional strain for the first time in 2015, and we will be growing it on our farm from here on forward.

Blush is a true-breeding cherry tomato we bred on our farm.  It is a long yellow cherry tomato with pink marbling and yellow stripes. Blush's flavor is bright, sweet and tropical.  It is an indeterminate vine and grows well in containers and in the ground.

Captain Lucky is an incredible beefsteak, bred by Millard Murdock.  It is a green-when-ripe tomato with red marbling that appears when fruits are ripe.  This variety is a "potato-leaf" variety with good production and healthy vines.

Our Dolce di Minervino pepper landrace contains a mix of sweet orange and red frying peppers.  Each year we select for the best red and orange peppers within this intermixing population of peppers that we have been refining since 2008.  

These sweet peppers have an amazing depth of flavor and the skin is soft and thin, which makes them an ideal frying pepper (because the skins do not have to be removed after cooking).
